Our house is located in the charming neighborhood of Pontal do Maceió, in the municipality of Fortim. Just a five-minute walk away, you'll reach the Sunset Viewpoint, where you can witness the most beautiful sunset in the state. There is a small bar at the viewpoint where you can enjoy your favorite drink.

Vila Oásis features five air-conditioned suites, recently painted and decorated. The high-quality bed linens are imported from France. The beds have special mattresses that will provide you with great nights of sleep. All suites have queen beds, except suite four, which has two bunk beds.

It offers a pool next to a beautiful complete deck, ideal for family and friends' moments. There is a charcoal barbecue, a bar, a spacious area, and a solid wood dining table. Whether sunbathing by the pool or enjoying the sea breeze in the shade, this is the perfect choice to relax with family and friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, water dispenser, and all necessary utensils for a perfect stay. The living room is integrated with the dining room, both with a stunning view of the garden and the sea, offering excellent thermal comfort due to good ventilation.

For those who practice kitesurfing, you are very welcome. The house has a space with three shelves to store your equipment safely. Additionally, it is just a few minutes' drive from the main spots for practicing the sport.

By car, you can reach the center of Pontal do Maceió in five minutes, where you'll find various dining options. In ten minutes, you can reach the center of Fortim, with more entertainment and dining options. Moreover, the house is perfect for large groups who want to enjoy worry-free days at the beach without sacrificing comfort and luxury.
