This house is next to the center of Fortim, where the cuisine is nationally recognized! It is perfect for large groups who want to enjoy worry-free days in the best location in Pontal de Maceió, less than 4 minutes from the beach!

It has a jacuzzi next to a beautiful deck surrounded by gardens huge green areas, it is equipped with a barbecue, new furniture and has a huge space to enjoy an evening on your own terms! Whether sunbathing by the pool or feeling the beach breeze in the shade!

In addition, it has 3 suites, all air-conditioned and renovated, with new paint and recent decorations! Each one has special Queen mattresses that will provide you with a great night's sleep. One of these suites has a pull-out bed with single mattresses, making the house comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests!

The kitchen is complete and has a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, chilled water and all the other utensils you need to have a perfect stay! The living room of the house has sofas and an excellent TV for moments with family and friends!

You will have space for three parking spaces.

The apartment is completely available, with free access to all rooms. Common areas can be shared with guests from other apartments.
