This apartment is 100m from Pontal de Maceió beach, in Fortim, where the cuisine is nationally recognized! It is perfect for groups of up to 4 people, whether families or friends who want to enjoy worry-free days in one of the best locations in the region.

It has 2 suites, both air-conditioned and renovated, with new paint and recent decorations! The master suite has a special double mattress and a TV, while the other suite has two single beds. In both bathrooms, there are electric showers that allow a warm shower after a dip in the sea or in the pool.

In addition, the complex is very private, where there are only 4 apartments in the Villa model. The common areas include a delightful swimming pool and a beautiful deck equipped with a barbecue, furniture and new sun loungers. Furthermore, you will be able to enjoy a huge space to spend an evening your way! Come sunbathe by the pool and feel the breeze from the beach!

The kitchen is complete and has a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, water cooler and all the other utensils you need to have a perfect stay!
