This apartment is 100m from Pontal de Maceió beach, in Fortim, where the cuisine is nationally recognized! It is perfect for groups of up to 4 people, whether families or friends who want to enjoy worry-free days in one of the best locations in the region.

It has 2 suites, both air-conditioned and renovated, with new paint and recent decorations! The master suite has a special queen mattress and a huge TV, while the other has two single beds. In both bathrooms there are electric showers that allow you to take a warm shower after a swim in the sea or in the pool.

In addition, the complex is very private, where there are only 4 apartments, the common areas include a huge swimming pool next to a beautiful deck, it is equipped with a barbecue, new furniture and sun loungers and also has a huge space to enjoy a late afternoon your way! Whether sunbathing by the pool or feeling the breeze from the beach in the shade!

Your kitchen is complete and has a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, chilled water and all the other utensils you need to have a perfect stay!
