We charge an energy fee of R$1.4 per kWh used in all reservations. The electric meter is checked before and after the stay.

Our apartment is on the second floor and is located in a great area within the condominium, centered next to the pool and sports fields.

The living room is very comfortable and has new designed furniture, in addition to having a large TV, perfect for that nice movie at the end of the day. The living room also has access to the balcony, which is quite spacious and ideal for enjoying happy moments with family and friends.

Everything is prepared to keep the environment more comfortable for you, such as electric showers to take that warm shower at the end of the day, full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen utensils for preparing meals.

The rooms are air-conditioned and renovated, with new paint and recent decorations, as well as beds with special mattresses that will provide you with a great night's sleep. There are 2 bedrooms, one suite with a double bed and one room with 2 single beds. In addition, we provide extra mattresses that allow up to 6 people to stay comfortably.

You will also have two reserved parking spaces.
