⛱️ Oca Carioca is located on Praia do Pontal do Maceió, in the closed condominium Jaguaribe Villas, where you will have security and private access to the beach. It is perfect for large groups who want to enjoy worry-free days in the best location in Pontal de Maceió and just a few minutes from the beach! With more than 1800 m² of area, the environment is perfect for those who like the outdoors and ample space.

🏞️ Our house comfortably accommodates up to 22 people, who will stay in 6 individual cabins. The house was built with inspiration from the charm of the Marvelous City, where each bungalow is named after a neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro. All bungalows are complete and independent suites, connected by Portuguese stone paths simulating the boardwalk on Rio's beaches. They all have split air conditioning, hot water, built-in closets and a balcony with a hammock!

🛏️ In the Leblon and Ipanema bungalows, you will find a comfortable double bed and ONE single bed. In the Leme, Flamengo, Copacabana and Barra bungalows, you will find a comfortable double bed and TWO single beds. All beds have new, high-quality bedding.

🏊‍♂️ The house was entirely designed with rest, comfort and fun in mind. Come take a dip in our incredible pool, with deck, sun loungers, umbrellas and shower, as well as incredible lighting programmed for nighttime periods. Also take the opportunity to take a relaxing sauna in the late afternoon!

🍽️ Next to the pool, you will have a beautiful wooden deck integrated into the large lounge, which is complete with kitchen, large Smart TV, speaker and dining tables. The kitchen is complete, with a gourmet island, barbecue and industrial stove integrated into a granite countertop, as well as a bar counter for fun moments.

🌴 The gardening and external lighting project is the work of local artisans, maintaining the beach characteristic of Fortim. In addition, a waste treatment system was implemented to dispose of sewage responsibly and suited to the local environment.

🚗 You will also have 6 parking spaces with pergola coverage and coconut straw.

🤝 The house also has 2 artisanal water wells, a 50 thousand liter cistern, a 5 thousand liter water tank in a tower with a pressurization system to serve the entire house with adequate water pressure. Finally, it also offers storage for materials and equipment, laundry and a bathroom for employees.

You will have free access to all rooms of the accommodation.
