This bungalow was recently renovated and has custom-designed furniture. It is fully air-conditioned, with central air conditioning in the living room and also in the bedrooms. Furthermore, it is located in one of the condominium's only seafront blocks, with a walk-in balcony with direct access to the beach and an incredible view of the sea.
The accommodation has 2 suites, including one of them with a reversible bathroom. The master suite has a TV and a large, comfortable double bed, ideal for couples. The other suite has 2 single beds, which makes it ideal accommodation for families or groups of friends.
The living room, in addition to being air-conditioned, has a large TV and a super comfortable double sofa bed. The dining room is integrated, and has a beautiful table perfect for group gatherings, as well as a water cooler.

Apt com ótima localização, muito bem decorado, ótimos acessórios de cozinha, bem limpo e bem conservado.
Sugestões: fechadura eletrônica na porta de entrada (cadeado difícil de abrir, preocupação de guardar a chave), adquirir cafeteira comum para a cozinha, toalhas mais novas, explicar já no momento da reserva que o registro de energia fica no bloco I.
Boa experiência. As fotos são bem honestas. Casa bem equipada e ótima localização, o condomínio também possue excelentes opções de lazer além da praia.

Beautiful apartment in very nice condominio. Everything was as described and as seen on the pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped. Great terrace with direct view to the beach. The beach with direct access was beautiful and not too crowded (during off-season).

Houve um problema entre cães e um dos proprietários teve acesso aos dados e imagens de vários hóspedes, ou seja, parece que a proteção de dados não é respeitada.

O café da manhã do restaurante do condomínio é muito fraco e caro. O centro do Cumbuco fica relativamente longe pra ficar se deslocando, então o melhor é fazer o próprio café com os utensílios de cozinha que a acomodação tem.
