Vila Juriti is in the best location in Fortim, facing the sea with direct beach access and near Mirante do Pontal do Maceió. The rooms are designed to prioritize comfort, each with a beautiful sea view. We welcome groups of up to 12 adults and 2 children.

Our discreet team (2 people) takes care of cleaning and breakfast, while you enjoy the beach tennis court and the infinity pool. Additional services are available upon request

The staff is available from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. Overtime hours must be negotiated separately.

Observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 6 AM.

We allow a maximum of 12 adults and 2 children; any different arrangement must be requested from the landlord.

Energy fee of R$1.4 per kWh used, with the meter checked before and after the stay.

Not allowed: climbing on solar panels/roof, sitting wet on indoor sofas, moving furniture, parking on the grass, or using crystal glasses by the pool (plastic only).

Events are not allowed in the residence.

Treat the space as your own, avoiding actions that could damage the property, furniture, or affect relationships with neighbors and service providers.

The outdoor area is a highlight, featuring an infinity pool and a spacious wooden deck. Outfitted with new furniture, the deck is perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade, with the gentle sea breeze. We have everything you need, plus extras like an air fryer and a barbecue.

For Beach Tennis enthusiasts, the house provides a court, rackets, and balls for fun with friends and family.

Inside, the house features 6 new suites, all air-conditioned, with modern and welcoming decor. Each suite has a king-size bed and a high-quality mattress for restful nights, along with a private bathroom with a sea view, ensuring complete privacy. We accommodate up to 12 adults and 2 children comfortably.

Kennedy and Eliene handle cleaning and breakfast, and we suggest an additional support person if the maximum capacity is reached. With four garage spaces, convenience and security are guaranteed. An ideal space for poolside relaxation, beach fun, and exploring local cuisine.
