Your apartment is located in a privileged area of the condominium. It is on the GROUND FLOOR of the only block that is approximately 60 meters from the pool and has an area of 63m².

The balcony has a minibar, a special glass curtain and a table perfect for gatherings with family or friends. Everything is prepared to keep the environment more comfortable for you, such as electric showers to take that warm shower at the end of the day.

The rooms are air-conditioned and renovated, with new paint and recent decorations, in addition to the presence of special mattresses that will provide you with a great night's sleep. There are 2 suites, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds! In addition, we offer extra mattresses and the living room has a super comfortable double sofa bed and a TV!
