Our apartment is on the GROUND FLOOR, it was recently renovated and is located in a privileged area of the condominium. It is approximately 60 meters from the beach, in the best block of the condominium. This accommodation is approximately 100 m² in size and is one of the few that allows up to 12 people.

The gourmet balcony is a show in itself, with a barbecue, views of the garden, a giant minibar and a dining table. Huge dining room with full dining set. It is integrated into the kitchen and living room, with an interior design designed for large, connected spaces. Everything is prepared to maintain the most comfortable environment for you, such as air conditioning in ALL rooms and hot water in the bathrooms.

The rooms are air-conditioned and renovated, with new paint and recent decorations, in addition to the presence of special mattresses that will provide you with a great night's sleep. There are 3 bedrooms in total, including:

- 1 Suite with double bed

- 1 Suite with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed

- 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed

The kitchen is COMPLETE, having everything needed to prepare meals in a practical way. It has a stove, oven, huge refrigerator, microwave and even a large Air-Fryer. The kitchen also has a breakfast and tea counter. The living room of the house has high quality designed furniture, as well as a hammock positioned in the room with the balcony. The sofa bed is soft and super comfortable. Furthermore, the living room has a HUGE Smart TV, making it perfect for a movie night with family and friends.
