It has a swimming pool next to a beautiful complete deck, which is equipped with recent furniture , a barbecue with grills and a freezer, which makes this space perfect for a weekend, whether sunbathing by the pool or feeling the beach breeze in the shade!

You will have access to a complete kitchen, with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and sandwich maker!

In addition, it has 5 suites, all air-conditioned and renovated, with new paint and recent decorations! Each one has special mattresses that will provide you with a great night's sleep.
There are 3 suites with double beds, each with its own private bathroom, the fourth suite has 2 single beds, in addition to the double bed. Furthermore, the fifth suite has a double bed, three tri-beds and a bunk bed, totaling a capacity for 24 guests comfortably.

You will have space for TWO parking spaces.

The house is completely available, with free access to all rooms.
