Our Beachfront house with Direct Access to the Beach is located in the charming neighborhood of Pontal do Maceió, in the municipality of Fortim. The house is on one of the main streets of the entire municipality and offers breakfast preparation, with guests only needing to bring the supplies (food). Just a three-minute walk away, you will reach the Sunset Viewpoint, where you can witness the most beautiful sunset in the state. There is a small bar at the viewpoint where you can enjoy the drink of your choice.

The Mutana House features six air-conditioned suites, recently painted and decorated. The bed linens are of high quality. The beds have special mattresses that will provide wonderful nights of sleep. All suites have queen beds, except for suite six, which has two single beds.

The service includes breakfast preparation, requiring guests to bring the ingredients to be prepared by the housekeeper in the morning.

It has a pool next to a beautiful complete deck, ideal for family moments and gatherings with friends. There is a charcoal grill, a bar, a large space, and a solid wood dining table on site. The deck also has a relaxation area covered with a wooden pergola and comfortable sofas with waterproof cushions. Whether sunbathing by the pool or enjoying the sea breeze in the shade, this is the perfect choice to relax with family and friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, water dispenser, and all the utensils needed for a perfect stay. The living room is integrated with the dining room, both with a stunning view of the garden and the sea, offering excellent thermal comfort due to good ventilation.

For those who practice kitesurfing, you are very welcome. The house has a space with four (4) shelves for you to safely store your equipment. Moreover, it is just a few minutes' drive from the main kitesurfing spots.

By car, in five minutes you can reach the center of Pontal do Maceió, where you will find various dining options. In ten minutes, you reach the center of Fortim, with more entertainment and dining options. Additionally, the house is perfect for large groups who want to enjoy worry-free days at the beach without sacrificing comfort and sophistication.
