🏝️ Vila Fortunata is located in the charming neighborhood of Pontal do Maceió, in the municipality of Fortim. Just a 3-minute walk away, you will reach one of the best restaurants in the area, where you will also have access to the beach and nearby stalls. You can also enjoy a private lookout to watch the most beautiful sunset in the state.

🏊 It features a pool next to a beautiful deck surrounded by lush green gardens. The deck is equipped with new furniture and has a large space to enjoy a late afternoon with the family. Whether sunbathing by the pool or feeling the sea breeze in the shade, this is the perfect environment for moments with family and friends. The house also has a barbecue, a place to wash seafood, and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals.

🛏️ Additionally, the house has 4 suites, all air-conditioned and well-decorated. The beds have special Queen mattresses that will provide you with excellent nights of sleep. Two of these suites are in the main house, and the other two are in separate chalets, which also have single beds in addition to the double beds. Each chalet has a mezzanine with rest areas facing the pool, perfect for catching the sea breeze. The main house also has a bedroom with two single beds, allowing for a comfortable stay for up to 10 people.

🍽️ Our kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction stove, coffee maker, and all the other utensils you need for a perfect stay. The living room in the main house has a sofa bed and an excellent TV for moments with family and friends.

🚗 You will have space for three parking spots.
