⚠️ We charge an energy fee of R$1.4 per kWh used in all reservations. The electric meter is checked before and after the stay.

Your apartment is on the GROUND FLOOR and has been recently renovated. All furniture is custom designed and the apartment is located in a privileged area of the condominium. It is approximately 60 meters from the beach and in the ONLY block that allows up to 12 people in accommodation, with an area of approximately 100 m².

The gourmet balcony is a show in itself, with an electric barbecue and a special thermal curtain. Everything is prepared to keep the environment more comfortable for you, such as electric showers to take that warm shower at the end of the day.

The rooms are air-conditioned and renovated, with new paint and recent decorations, in addition to the presence of special mattresses that will provide you with a great night's sleep. There are 4 rooms in total:

- 1 Suite with QUEEN double bed and 2 bunk beds

- 1 Suite with 2 single beds and 2 pull-out beds

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds

- 1 room with bunk bed
