Is my property safe with Tactu?
Yes! At Tactu, we take every measure to ensure that your property will be safe during our partnership. To do this, we prepare an inventory of your accommodation, check your property before and after each stay, collect a deposit, analyze guest backgrounds and profiles, carry out routine inspections and much more!
How is Tactu different from Airbnb and Booking?
Platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, Decolar and others are our partners, as they help us promote their accommodations. However, these platforms do not perform the other tasks necessary in a rental, leaving everything up to you.
You would have to manage your calendar, take care of communication and guest support, manage the prices charged throughout the year, ensure the cleaning and preparation of the property and much more.
At Tactu, we take care of all of this, while you don't stress about anything, earn more money and have more free time!
How much will I receive for rentals?
Our commission is calculated based on the total value generated by daily reservations after platform fees. These fees are paid by the guests, while you will keep most of the proceeds from the bookings.
